Mr Christopher Gale
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Christopher (Chris) Gale is the founding director of Allegra Capital. Mr Gale has had over 30 years’ experience in senior executive roles in both the public and private sectors, specialising in commercial and financial management. He has also held various board positions at several publicly listed mining and technology companies during his career.
He founded Latin Resources Limited , an Australia-listed resources company, where he served as Managing Director and oversaw the development of the world class Salinas Lithium Deposit in Brazil for Latin Resources from discovery through to the successful sale of Latin Resources (ASX:LRS) to Pilbara Minerals (ASX:PLS) for circa $600m.
Mr Gale is currently a Non-Executive Chairman of Solis Minerals Limited (ASX:SLM TSXV: SLMN) (appointed July 2018) and Non-Executive Chairman of Core Energy Minerals Limited (ASX: CR3). Chris is the former Chairman of the Council on Australian Latin American Relations (COALAR) from 2012 to 2018, which was established by the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) in 2001. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). In 2024 Mr Gale was awarded the Asia Pacific Business Leader in the Asia Pacific Business Awards 2023-2024.

Mr Ryan Gale

Ryan specialises in equity capital markets and corporate advisory. Since 2009, he has been active in transaction deals from early-stage to IPO to expansion capital. Ryan has held advisory roles with AMP Capital, Pac Partners and GBA Capital and specialised in managed investments and exchange traded funds. Since 2009, he has also gained valuable experience in South America being involved on various resource deals within the private and publicly listed sectors. Ryan has a strong focus on deal structuring, leading strategic growth initiatives, identifying, and acquiring target assets from early stage to IPO. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Notre Dame) and a Diploma of Financial Services (Kaplan).

Mr David Vilensky
LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE ADVISOR
David Vilensky is a practising corporate lawyer and an experienced listed company director. He is the Managing Director of Perth law firm Bowen Buchbinder Vilensky and has more than 35 years’ experience in the areas of corporate and business law and in commercial and corporate management. Mr Vilensky practises in the areas of corporate and commercial law, corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, mining and resources and complex dispute resolution. Mr Vilensky acts for a number of listed and public companies and advises on directors’ duties, due diligence, capital raisings, compliance with ASX Listing rules, corporate governance and corporate transactions generally.
Mr Vilensky was an early director and then the Non-Executive Chairman of Latin Resources Ltd (ASX:LRS) until its successful sale to Pilbara Minerals Ltd (ASX:PLS) in a $600m transaction in February 2025. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Core Energy Minerals Ltd (ASX:CR3) and Chairman of unlisted ESG Minerals Ltd. Previous corporate roles have been as Non-Executive Chairman of copper exploration company Zambezi Resources Ltd (ASX:ZRL) and Non-Executive Director of telecommunications company Vonex Ltd (ASX:VN8).
